The small Scottish island
of Islay is rightly famous for its massive exports of fine whisky. The
island has another boast though - it's the place where Tracy Wiles first
saw the light of day!
She trained at the Royal
Scottish Academy of Music & Drama and was a winner of the coveted
Carleton Hobbs BBC Radio Drama Award.
Tracy is a dynamic performer
who packs a large bundle of talent into a small body. She can summon
up a wide range of dialects and accents, in ages from teens to elderly.

Tracy's television work includes
the BBC drama series Sea of Souls
and ITV1's Promoted to Glory, in which she appeared as Ken Stott's
alcoholic mother
(in flashback, of course, as Tracy is really but a child!).
Theatre work has included Martha in The Childrens Hour and Lillian
in Happy End.
She's been Gracie Fields in BBC Radio 4's Gracie and played roles
in The Remains of the Day, Macbeth, The Piano and
many other productions.
2007 sees her filming for the new Channel 4 drama series Britz and
BBC TV's Holby City
