Studios

We have two multi-capable studios, with ISDN audio codecs
for connections to studios around the world.

 

Studio A

General purpose audio studio
with control room and separate voice booth.
Facilities include:

Focusrite mic pre-amps.
SADiE 5 DAW with Hardware Controllers.
Sync to Bonsai video HDD for Sound-to-Picture sessions.
2 x Telephone Balance Units for remote
session monitoring and production.
ISDN Audio Codecs
(MPEG L2, L3, APT-X, G722).

We are able to record to:
CD-R, DAT, MiniDisc.
Plus, of course, WAV and MP3.

We can play from CD, DAT, MiniDisc,
Cassette, VHS, DVD, Beta SP, DigiBeta.

Studio B
also known as: The Voxbox

Self-operated or engineer-operated voice booth
with microphone, mixing desk and processing.

Record/Replay to/from:
DAT, MiniDisc, WAV, MP3.

Digital editing on SADiE or Audition

Telephone Balance Unit for remote
session monitoring and production.
ISDN Audio Codec (MPEG L2, L3, G722).

Please note that Studio B does not have space
or facilities for clients to "sit in" on sessions.
If you'll be attending in person, please let us know
that Studio A is the one you want.
